ABOUT OUR REIKI CLASSES
After experiencing a Reiki session, you may choose to learn Reiki for yourself! Four levels of Reiki are taught at our Savage, MN location.
At each of the Reiki levels, students receive a comprehensive textbook, a generous array of instructional handouts, and in-class Reiki practice. Classes are small (not more than 4 students) in order to maximize the advantages of individual instruction.
The first three training levels include the "attunement". This is an energy transfer which opens and activates a permanent flow of Reiki energy from the student's hands. Jean's intention is to always serve as a resource for students during and after their training.
Classes are held on two consecutive days. Day One is a full day, Day Two is a half day.
REIKI LEVEL ONE CLASS
FOCUS: Using Reiki in daily life for self-healing and the healing of others.
Topics include the history and principles of Reiki, the chakra system, and more. Students receive the "attunement" which initiates the permanent flow of Reiki in the hands. Reiki hand positions are learned for self-treatment and treatment of others, animals, and plants. A variety of practical uses for Reiki are covered, including a way to bless and "heal" food and water for the most benefit.
Reiki Level One Class Fee - $150.

REIKI LEVEL TWO CLASS
FOCUS: Distant healing techniques, mental/emotional healing, and the use of Reiki healing symbols.
Students learn how to "send" distant healing with Reiki. Mental/emotional healing is taught with hands-on practice of a method to release unwanted habits and attitudes. Students learn three Reiki Symbols to use with these techniques. If students wish to practice Reiki professionally, they must complete Level Two. The Level Two attunement causes the energy to flow in a more focused way from the center of the palms, at a somewhat higher vibrational frequency than in Level One.
Level One students from other Reiki traditions (lineages) who wish to take the Level Two class, must first complete Jean's Reiki Level One class.
Reiki Level Two Class Fee - $250.

REIKI MASTER LEVEL ONE CLASS
FOCUS: Spiritual growth is the theme of Master Level One training.
In this class, the student has made a decision to walk on the path of Reiki for life. Advanced meditation and mantra techniques are covered. The master attunement deepens spiritual growth, with the use of the Master Symbol. At this stage, some students may be planning to go on to teach Reiki. In preparation for that intention, they learn how to teach and attune others to the first two levels of Reiki. In Jean's Reiki tradition, it is not compulsory for Master Level One students to teach Reiki. Some take Master Level One simply for spiritual growth.
Eligibility for this class includes having previously taken Reiki Levels One and Two in the EasternLineage of Takeuchi-Takamori with Jean.
Reiki Master Level One Class Fee - $350.

REIKI MASTER LEVEL TWO CLASS
FOCUS: The Master Attunement process is taught at Master Level Two along with specific meditation techniques.
This class is for students who have decided to teach the full range of Reiki Levels. In this class, they share their own Reiki experiences, and learn more self-growth exercises and techniques. The class includes time for hands-on practice of the Master Attunement process.
Eligibility requires Reiki Levels One and Two and Master One in the Eastern Lineage of Takeuchi-Takamori with Jean.
Reiki Master Level Two Class Fee - $150.
